Following are tips on how to view PowerPoints with Windows and Apple computers. YouTube videos can be viewed with all operating systems in a Web browser.
All computers, including Apple (Mac) and other OS, can view the Video presentations. PowerPoints on Apple (Mac) can be viewed as ‘Read-Only” with Office 2011 PowerPoint for Mac. NOTE: Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer is not compatible with Apple computers.

Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2010 lets you view full-featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions
This Viewer 2010 requires the minimum of Windows XP Service Pack 3.
NOTE: We only use a ‘modify password’ that protects our shows from modification but does not prohibit viewing!

How do I download a show?
Click the download button, ‘PPS’ or other file type, select ‘Save’, or right-click and select ‘Save As…’, then navigate to the folder of your choice to save.
How do I view a show?
ONLINE: Click the ‘PPS’ button and select ‘Open With… (PowerPoint)’. The show will play in the Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer.
ON YOUR COMPUTER: Download the PowerPoint file (.ppsx), then double-click on the file icon. The show will play in the PowerPoint Viewer.
ONLINE: Click the ‘YouTube’ button and it will play in a new window.
ON YOUR COMPUTER: In the email you receive from us, click on the YouTube button or link and it will open and play.
How do I share shows with others, and on social sites (Facebook) etc.?
ONLINE: Find the show you want to share, then click on the ‘Share’ button you want to use.
ON YOUR COMPUTER: Attach the show file to your email message and send.
How do I sign up for your free email updates?
NOTE: We only send English and/or Spanish (normally every week).
Click the ‘Subscribe’ link and enter the required information. You will be added to our subscriber list for English presentations when you complete the sign up form and click ‘Subscribe. If you would like to also receive in Spanish, click on the Spanish flag in the top main menu and in the drop-down list under ‘Contactenos’, click on ‘Subscribir’.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. You must click on the ‘Yes I want to join’ link in that email to confirm your subscription. If you do not confirm you will not receive our email.
Can I subscribe someone else to your email updates?
If you have their permission, yes. Otherwise, without their consent, our email to that person could be considered SPAM (unsolicited email) according to Internet law. We cannot subscribe anyone without their specific permission and particulars.
EMAIL: If you are not receiving our email, check your SPAM and JUNK email folders. Possibly security software may block our email. To avoid this, add our email address to your contacts. If neither of these is a problem, write us a note so we can check the status of your account.
ACCESS: It is your responsibility to secure access to receive our email. Security settings in your email program, web browser, local network, or ISP (Internet Service Provider) may need to be changed to grant access.
SECURITY: Some security programs alert with a ‘False Positive”, in other words, it is not true that there is a threat. Tommy’s Window email is with GoDaddy Email Marketing through: gem.godaddy.com, which is a safe and secure service. This service only tracks clicks on the email links, which is harmless, for us to keep track of how many people are accessing our shows. Please allow this to function.
How do I unsubscribe from your free email updates?
At the bottom of the email you receive from us, click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link. A web page will open. Simply follow the instructions.
How do I change my free subscription email address?
To change your email address, click on ‘Preferences‘ in the email you receive from us and in the web page that opens you can make the change.
