Jesus personally taught His followers this prayer,

The Nature of Jesus

“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance.”

These are virtues that define Jesus, and if we read His Word and spend time with Him in prayer on a regular basis, we will take on some of His attributes.

Ye Shall Seek Me and Find Me

“God finds ways to communicate with those who truly seek Him,” best-selling Christian author Philip Yancey wrote, “especially when we lower the volume of the surrounding static.”

Regardless of who we are or what our specific goals may be, we want the security and comfort that material success provides, as well as the satisfaction of knowing that our lives are turning out well and count for something.

Your Turn to Love

Some of the saddest words ever spoken are heard at funerals: “I hope he knew how much he meant to me,” or, “I wish I’d told her more often how much I loved her.”
