“What’s Your Source?” is about being conscious of what you are exposing yourself to and the influence it has on your mind, heart, and spirit. It may not always be obvious what the effects are, so you need to give it your attention.
The SOURCE of our nourishment or input, and whatever we expose ourselves to, will influence us, for better or worse.
