A Parent’s Prayer

Oh, heavenly Father, make me a better parent. Teach me to understand my children, to listen patiently to what they have to say, and to answer all their questions kindly.

May I ever be mindful that my children are children and I should not expect of them the judgment of adults.

Just a Little Kindness

In this world of hurry, and work, and sudden end, If a thought comes quick of doing kindness to a friend,
Do it that very minute; don’t put it off, don’t wait; What’s the use of doing a kindness if you do it a day too late?

Remember This…

We may give without loving, but we cannot love without giving.

Give what you have, to someone it may be better than you dare to think.

Do the Little Things

Look for ways you can do little things for your spouse every day. Be proactive. Be creative. Be personal. Be generous.
