A Lesson from a Robin

Jesus tells us to consider God’s dependable care and to trust Him.

Why worry?  We are in God’s hands!

The greatest victories are the victories of faith. It is not so much what we can do that counts, but what we can trust God to do.

Silence

Sometimes I just like to sit here silently with You.
You already know. You already understand.

I don’t have to say the right thing, or anything at all;
You accept me.

Forgive One Another

Forgiveness is mercy, not justice. Forgiveness is never deserved, but when you give it to another, then God can forgive you. Forgiveness is choosing to leave things in His hands, to trust that He will bring justice, and to accept that all people do wrong.

When the Birds Begin to Worry

If His children’s hairs are numbered,
Why should we be filled with fear?
He has promised all that’s needful,
And in trouble to be near.
